Weekend Plans

Tonight, I am taking my cupcake obsession to the next level, and diving into the world of baking.  Yes, baking.  Me in the kitchen doing something other than eating or heating things up in the microwave is unimaginable I know, but I've decided it's high time I do something about this innate disability of mine - seeing as it's followed me around like a dark shadow all my life.  Baby steps!

Soo, I found a recipe online for chocolate chip cupcakes, and they're supposed to look like this:

Oh please let them be edible.. I don't ask for much really, just that they don't end up poisoning me or my boyfriend or at least turning him off completely from any other attempts I have in the future.  I'll write about this mini project later on.  Wish me luck!

Looks like a pretty good list eh?  Cupcakes and movies - Oh yes, I couldn't imagine a better way to spend a Friday night.

As for the rest of the weekend, I'm visiting a dear friend of mine to see her house for the very first time, and my boyfriend and I will be doing our usual restaurant excursions.  We have a couple that look very promising.  I'll update you on that front as well.
